I have thought long and hard all day about what I am thankful for and have yet to really figure it out. Could be that I have been having a really hectic and draining week and that it's been so gloomy here today, but that's no excuse! So, I have taken a minute and thought back on the day and I remember something that I thought was special and made me smile. I am thankful for:
"Cute things kids say & do"
Ben is such a sweet little guy! All day he kept asking "why rain? no outside? ride bike?" I felt so bad since it was a constant rain, chilly out and of course there was no way I was going out in that mess if I didn't have to. So after telling him that the rain is good for the grass and flowers and it helps them grow, he seemed satisfied and went about his playing. A little while later I hear the water running in the bathroom and I find him playing in the water saying "grow big".
